Get up and running with your Domavia account in just a few minutes using modern, secure passkey authentication.

What are Passkeys?

Passkeys provide stronger authentication - more secure than passwords and easier to use:

• No passwords to remember - Use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint
• Phishing-resistant - Can't be stolen by fake websites
• Works across devices - Syncs via iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager
• Fast and convenient - Just look at your device or touch the sensor

Sign Up in 3 Steps

Here's what the registration flow looks like:

Tip: Your passkey syncs automatically to your other devices via iCloud Keychain (Apple) or Google Password Manager (Android/Chrome).

Sign In

Web Browser

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Sign in with Passkey"
3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint
4. You're in!

Mobile App

1. Open the Domavia app
2. Tap "Sign In"
3. Use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint
4. That's it!

Alternative: Sign in with Google or GitHub

If you prefer, you can also sign in using your Google or GitHub account:

1. Click "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with GitHub"
2. Authorize Domavia on the provider's page
3. You're signed in!

Lost Access to Your Device?

If you lose access to your device or need to sign in on a new device:

1. Click "Can't sign in?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a verification code
4. Enter the code to verify your identity
5. Set up a new passkey on your current device

Manage Your Passkeys

View Your Passkeys

1. Go to Account Settings > Security
2. See all your registered passkeys
3. View which devices have passkeys

Add a Passkey on a New Device

1. Sign in on your new device
2. Go to Account Settings > Security
3. Click "Add Passkey"
4. Authenticate with the new device's biometric

Remove a Passkey

If you lose a device or want to remove access:

1. Go to Account Settings > Security
2. Find the passkey you want to remove
3. Click "Remove"
4. Confirm the removal

Supported Devices

Apple Devices

• iPhone (iOS 16+) - Face ID, Touch ID
• iPad (iPadOS 16+) - Face ID, Touch ID
• Mac (macOS Ventura+) - Touch ID, external security keys

Android Devices

• Android 9+ with fingerprint or face unlock
• Passkeys sync via Google Password Manager

Windows

• Windows 10/11 with Windows Hello
• Security keys (YubiKey, etc.)

Linux

• Security keys supported in Chrome/Firefox

Common Questions

"I don't see the passkey option"

Your browser may not support passkeys. Try:

• Updating your browser to the latest version
• Using Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox
• Enabling biometric authentication on your device

"My passkey isn't working"

1. Ensure biometric authentication is enabled on your device
2. Try removing and re-adding the passkey
3. Check that your device's software is up to date

"Can I use a security key?"

Yes! Hardware security keys like YubiKey are fully supported as passkeys.

"What if I don't have biometrics?"

You can use:

• A hardware security key (YubiKey, etc.)
• Sign in with Google or GitHub instead
