How It Works

1. Get Your Referral Link

Navigate to the Referrals page in your dashboard
Your unique referral code and link will be displayed
Copy your referral link with one click

Share your referral link via:

Email - Send personalized invitations
Social Media - Post to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
Messaging - Share via WhatsApp or SMS
Copy Link - Share anywhere you'd like

3. Earn Rewards

When your friends sign up using your referral link:

They get a discount on their first subscription
You earn credit toward your Domavia services
Both rewards are applied automatically

Reward Tiers

As you refer more friends, you unlock better rewards:

Standard Tier (0+ referrals)

You earn: $10 credit per referral
Friend gets: 10% off first subscription

Silver Tier (5+ referrals)

You earn: $15 credit per referral
Friend gets: 15% off first subscription

Gold Tier (20+ referrals)

You earn: $25 credit per referral
Friend gets: 20% off first subscription

Platinum Tier (50+ referrals)

You earn: $50 credit per referral
Friend gets: 25% off first subscription

Diamond Tier (100+ referrals)

You earn: $100 credit per referral
Friend gets: 30% off first subscription

Tracking Your Referrals

Dashboard Overview

Your referral dashboard shows:

Total Referrals - Number of people who clicked your link
Conversion Rate - Percentage who signed up
Total Rewards - Credits you've earned
Current Tier - Your reward level

Recent Activity

See your latest referrals including:

When they signed up
Reward amount earned
Status (pending, qualified, rewarded)

Leaderboard

Compete with other users:

View monthly top referrers
See your ranking

Claiming Rewards

How to Claim

Navigate to the Referrals page
Go to the My Rewards tab
Find rewards with "Claim Reward" button
Click to claim your credit

Using Credits

Your referral credits can be used for:

Q: Can I refer myself? A: No, self-referrals are not allowed and will be automatically detected.

Q: Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? A: No limit! The more you refer, the higher your tier and rewards.

Q: How long does it take to get my reward? A: Rewards are issued within 24 hours after your friend completes their first subscription payment.

Q: Do my credits expire? A: No, referral credits never expire and can be used anytime.

Eligibility

Q: Who can participate in the referral program? A: All active Domavia users with a valid subscription can participate.

Q: Can I refer business accounts? A: Yes! Business referrals qualify and earn the same rewards.

Q: Does my friend need to stay subscribed? A: Your friend must complete their first payment for the referral to qualify. If they cancel before payment, the referral won't count.

Rewards

Q: What if my reward is marked as "Pending"? A: Pending means your friend signed up but hasn't completed their first payment yet. Once they do, the reward becomes "Issued."

Q: Can I choose cash instead of credits? A: Rewards are issued as account credits. Cash payouts may be available for Diamond tier users.

Q: What happens if I reach a new tier? A: Your tier upgrades automatically! All future referrals earn rewards at the new tier rate.

Q: Do past referrals get upgraded when I reach a new tier? A: No, only new referrals after reaching a tier earn at that tier's rate.

Technical Issues

Q: My friend used my link but I didn't get credit Possible reasons:

They didn't complete signup yet
Fraud detection flagged the referral (the team reviews these cases)
They used a different email than expected
Contact support with their email for investigation

Q: My referral code isn't working Check:

Code hasn't expired (check dashboard)
Code is still active
Copy the full link including the code
Contact support if issue persists

Q: I can't claim my reward Ensure:

Reward status is "Issued" (not "Pending")
You're logged into the correct account
No browser issues (try different browser)
Contact support if you still can't claim

Privacy & Security

Q: Is my friend's information shared with me? A: No, you only see that someone used your code, not their personal details.

Q: Can I share my referral code publicly? A: Yes! Share on social media, forums, or anywhere you like.

Q: What if someone abuses my referral code? A: Our fraud detection system automatically flags suspicious activity. Legitimate referrals won't be affected.
