Common billing issues
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
- Update or add a new payment method
- Click Retry Payment
Common causes: expired card, insufficient funds, bank security blocks.
Unexpected charges
- Check your billing history in Settings > Billing > Invoices
- Look for plan upgrades or renewals
- Contact billing@domavia.app with the invoice number if anything looks wrong
Refund requests
- First 14 days: Full refund for new subscriptions
- Annual plans: Prorated refund within 30 days
- Monthly plans: Cancel to stop future charges
Email billing@domavia.app with your account email, reason, and invoice number.
